Fuller’s Earth /Bentonite Powder

Fullers Earth /Bentonite Powder is a clay mineral used for the absorption of colour and removal of trace metals like Iron, Nickel, Magnesium, etc., present in Vegetable Oils. It provides large surface area by virtue of it’s excellent natural physical structure. Under normal conditions of Filters, it achieves excellent filtration in less time and with minimum Oil retention losses.

Due to usage of very selective Raw materials, the product gives Optimum results, both in QUALITY and ECONOMY.

ACTIVATED BLEACHING EARTH

A specially developed product for bleaching dark coloured oils like Rape seed, Soya bean, Cotton Seed and solvent Extracted Ground Nut Oils, The Corotenoid Pigments contained in oils range from yellow to deep red colours. They are sufficiently acidic to be removed with alkali. For all such oils, this product is recommended as it has unique absorptive capacity to remove the deep red colours.

SUGGESTIONS:
For optimum bleachability, the contact time of the Earth shall be maximum of 20 mts.
Prior to using this product, the oils should be completely dried under vacuum. Physical and chemical properties:

BENTONITE / FULLER’S EARTH GRANULES

The raw material used is OF first quality which is sorted by hand and all foreign bodies removed. The high Power Gauss of Magnets are installed in every few meters distance to remove any metallic Particles like Nails, Bolts, Nuts, Washers etc. The safety measures are taken as per the ISO:2015 and HACCP standards.

Acid Activated Bleaching Earth

Bentonite, once granulated and soaked in acid for ten hours, goes through an activation process which washes away impurities before they’re put back into the system. Bentonite can absorb large amounts of oil without compromising shelf life – this makes it a perfect material for absorbing free radicals and other substances that cause oxidation when they come into contact with oxygen.

FULLER’S EARTH / BENTONITE - THERMAL GRADE

Fullers Earth / Bentonite Thermal Grade is specially designed by our R&D to use for refining and purification of All Dark Colour Vegetable Oil such as SUNFLOWER, SAFFLOWER,RICE BRAN,COTTON SEED, RAPESEED,GROUND NUT, COCONUT OIL ETC.

Thermal Grade is best suitable for colour cutting, Removal of Trace Metals, Triglycerides and Red Units. The product achieves excellent filtration in less time with minimum oil retention losses. Also gives Optimum results, both in QUALITY and ECONOMY.

ACTIVATED CARBON

Activated Carbon Is commonly used for the refining and purification of all kinds of Hard-to-Bleach Vegetable Oils. The product is best suitable for the removal of Toxins (PAH) and Modification of Colour.

The high Quality Active Carbon is selected which has 90 MB Value to 250 MB Value and perfectly filtered in to fine powder of 200 mesh passing 92 -95 percent. All other foreign bodies removed, if any, including Iron particles and of less Ash Content.

Special Adsorbent Grade-Red Gem

Redgem is a proprietary adsorbent, which can replace normal bleaching earth used in vegetable oil bleaching. It provides all the functionality of bleaching earth and additionally it can reduce precursors for 3MCPDE and GE. Due to usage of very selective Raw materials, the product gives Optimum results, both in QUALITY and ECONOMY.

CARBON BLENDED BENTONITE/FULLERS EARTH

Bentonite /Fullers Earth Carbon Blend is specially developed by our R&D for removal of Red Units Of All Kinds of Vegetable Oils . The product is available to suit customers requirements according to the requirement of buyer and the percentage of Activated Carbon is blended as (5% , 10%, 15% and 20%).
